The Practice was formed in 1996, to provide Consultancy Services to various Housing Associations and Care Providers on all types of developments, ranging from Independent Hospitals, Primary care Resource Centres, Doctors Surgeries, Head Office Accommodation, Supported Housing, New Build and Refurbished Social Housing and Mill Conversion.

Peter Marshall BSc MRICS is the Practice Principal and has over 30 years experience of the direct day to day management of construction projects of varying levels of complexity and continues to provide a single point of contact from the inception to final certification of all projects commissioned. 

Peter Marshall Associates work in partnership with specialists from various disciplines, together with local communities, to ensure that each project delivered meets the aspirations of all Stakeholders.
